This email proves that clickbank will no longer accept these sites

As the leading retailer of digital products, ClickBank prides itself on offering its customers the latest and best digital products available. Due to the ever changing status of technology and the law, ClickBank monitors the products offered through its services. As part of this process, ClickBank is releasing a revised "Client Contract" on March 9, 2009. This Client Contract, and other related documents, will restate and refine ClickBank's commitment to quality products, excellent customer service and compliance with all applicable laws.

During the course of preparing its new Client Contract, ClickBank decided to add to its existing list of Prohibited Products any products that, in our sole judgment, encourage the unlawful transfer of copyrighted media, such as music, movies, videos, and games (typically known as "P2P" products). ClickBank has determined that the product that you have submitted for this product approval fits in that category, so we will not be able to approve your account.

Please be advised that effective noon, April 9, 2009 (U.S. Mountain Daylight Time), ClickBank will no longer allow transactions from any of the accounts that currently offer similar products. If you have any current promotions for other such products, or if you currently sell such products through other accounts, we hope that you are able to find new products to promote or sell to continue your relationship with ClickBank.

Finally, please note that this prohibition only applies to accounts with P2P Products. If you have accounts with ClickBank that do not include any P2P Products, these accounts are not affected by this policy change (however-like all of our vendors and affiliates-we urge you to carefully review our new Client Contract so you understand and agree to its terms). Please be aware that any attempt to circumvent ClickBank's prohibition of P2P Products will constitute a breach of the ClickBank Client Contract and may result in the termination or suspension of your account without any compensation or recourse to you.
