Does anyone have a REAL dofollow forum list?

I've just spent about 2 hours with a few forum lists that people have provided claiming they are dofollow forums that allow signatures. Half of them were nofollow and didn't allow signature links unless you post > 10 times.

Has anyone got a proper dofollow list that really does allow signature links? Lol

Where are these links?

here is one of them: http://www.freeadsa2z.com

Another in my sig.

Get PR5 x .EDU Backlinks.

Wrong forum

Is anyone still doing reciprocal linking?

Google has stated that you shall not exchange links simply to manipulate the serps. OK! Got it!

From time to time I get a site that is related to my niche, good PR, not too many outgoing links and I wonder if limited-very limited link exchanges within your niche are Ok to exchange or not?

I still see a lot of UK sites asking for these reciprocal links, not that that makes it good or bad but do you have any advice?
【分隔符】
Occasionally we do it. We stopped doing is a main method years ago, not because we didn't think it worked. We had trouble keeping up with tracking all the links. After you got your first 100 you tended to lose them as fast as you could create them.

We now do rec linking with very relevant sites and pretty much only with homepage links. This means we often get good traffic too.

Rec linking very often happens naturally. It's the great big ugly pointless directories that google can spot and filter out easily.
【分隔符】
not many people are doing link exchange these days but there are some who are still doing it. i think most people who use link exchange for backlinks dont know that it doesn;t offer as much benefit as it did in the past. DP has a sub-forum dedicated to link exchange where you can spend some time to get a n idea about the link exchange trend
【分隔符】
A lot of people are still doing link exchanges, most of them stick to three-way link exchanges though.
【分隔符】
I am new to the seo game and have been focusing on reciprocal link exchanges. I am glad to be able to stop tracking them as it seems they are not worth the amount of energy expended. Are there any suggestions as to what I could do in order to gain page rank and traffic to a site without reciprocal links?
【分隔符】
It's ok to occasionally do it, but it should not be your main method. 3 way linking is a lot better
【分隔符】
Reciprocal linking still works, but make sure you only exchange links with relevant and quality sites. It's a tricky method and you really need to track your links regularly.
【分隔符】
There are of course a lot of people still do reciprocal link exchange. But I think one way link is better everyone should stick to that :-)

Or go for 3-way link exchange for a smaller project.
【分隔符】
This is good to know. Something to scratch off my todo list
【分隔符】
Link exchanges still help, and are still worth while. It's never a bad idea to exchange links wiht another site in your niche, helps the user.

6 PR6 Dofollow Link Improves My SERP Ranking by 200%

I have tried one experiment using anchored keyword as name in dofollow commenting on only 6 different PR6 pages that gives dofollow link to the commentators that got published within one day.

Within 3 days, the URL ranking for this keyword has been raised from #75th place to #22nd.

This keyword have 1,800,000 average monthly searches.

I believe it gives a good boost to our SERP increase.
【分隔符】
The power of PR.

You have realised that PR is important and remember the majority of your comments may not have been picked up yet by Google... How many are showing in Webmaster tools.

A lot of people think PR is useless, however a lot of my sites have ranked high on ultra high PR links.

PR rules..... Period!
【分隔符】
Yes Dofollow Bolg commenting is a very effective way to GET SERP. I was do this kinda SEO before but now a days finding good Dofollow is so hard, and It will be more effective if u comment in the niche related .
【分隔符】
Yep, as long as the PR of the site you are commenting on is higher then yours.
【分隔符】
looks like SOMEONE is promoting their sig link / service.
【分隔符】
I never use my site name or keyword as my name in commenting. I believe that it's better to make a good impression and to make valuable comments and allow people to click on your name rather than coming up with an annoying ad name and trying to gain SERP.

Am I making a huge mistake because I comment on s A LOT.
【分隔符】
comments as promoting keywords are only helpful if s havd do follow tag and page rank more then 1.
【分隔符】
Yep I agree. Ive just started building links and I have seen a small increase already. Just have to keep pushing it and pushing it and pushing it, and then hopefully Il be at the top for all my keywords in a few months
【分隔符】
@crazlunatic...

I think you should fit in with the form of the . If you see that everyone else is posting using their name, then you should follow along and post your comments using your name.

However if you see quite a few comments using keywords, why not get a keyword-rich link? There is no need to pass it up if it's acceptable to the .

@rajkhatri...

I would like to include that you are correct when considering the value of the link only. However if you consider the human element to leaving comments, then a link still has value even if it is NoFollow. The NoFollow attribute is for the search engine spiders only and the human reader is still able to click on a live link. These comments can still generate traffic even if they are NoFollow.
【分隔符】
Was the page itself a PR6 ,or was the site a PR6?
【分隔符】
I use CommentKahuna for finding/posting high PR do follow s in my niche. Its a free download and very effective.

Forums or Blogs

To be honest in the past I've always used link directories. But with link directories no longer being a very suitable way of developing backlinks I've used forums. I've never really used s though. Is this better than links on forums?

E.g. I have a healthcare website, and theory says that there will be more healthcare s than forums so I guess it's probably better to get relevent backlinks but what are your oppinions?
【分隔符】
Blogs are a great way to get backlinks. You should consider the following things though:

1. Page Rank - You should consider looking for posts with high page rank. Page rank from the index page is different from page rank on the post page.

2. Dofollow - Look for s that are dofollow, there is no sense in linking with nofollow s. You can use a browser add-on called NoDofollow. What it does is it will highlight the links in red if its nofollow, blue/purple if its dofollow.

3. Anchoring text - Be careful with s that does not allow you to post keywords on the name field. It is best to look for s that uses Keyword Luv plugin.
【分隔符】
Yeah I always aim to go for page rank. Nofollow is pointless anyway because there will be no or very little traffic coming from the and anchor text is probably the most important factor. The only thing is though, I've just done about 4 s since making the first post and it takes so much longer than signing up to a forum and making a post with a link in your sig.

How many backlinks do you think you get a day?
【分隔符】
@scottlpool2003

I have found that I can get about 6 quality comments in about one hour. This allows me to gain 6 links per day, which is plenty for my niche sites when I am commenting on High PR sites (PR5 and higher).
【分隔符】
Doesn't matter which you use as long as the search engines can find your url, and its dofollow

That is completely wrong. Being "do follow" or "no follow" has nothing to do with if that link will bring you traffic.

Anchor text is important, but, most gers and site owners are always on the look out for people doing "drive by" commenting just to build back links, and using anchor text instead of real or screen name is a dead giveaway that you are only fishing for a back link.

Just worry about leaving a quality comment that contributes and getting it approved. If you only leave comments on s that let you use anchor text, it will be a short list.

Commentluv effective link-building strategy?

I have recently put commentluv on my after having seen it on so many other sites. If I leave comments on other sites does the link left act as a dofollow link or simply another chance for people to see my site?
【分隔符】
Hi Seth,

Dofollow comments are great if they are on s within your niche.

3 Way Link Building Method

1. Before starting your 3 way campaign you should check the relevancy of the websites.

2. Add the link to the other website based on the relevancy and then ask them to add yours.

3. Provide the information for your link with the exact HTML code and how it should appear on their web page.

4. Remember to place the target keywords as anchor texts in your link.

5. Once your link is live, check website and make sure that your link is in accordance as required.

6. Check for the backlinks of the competitors in Google and Yahoo. Place a request for the websites who are linking to them.

7.. Use Natural link building techniques to promote your website.

Thank You,
【分隔符】
Most link request forms will not accept that reciprocal link comes from another domain than the domain they should like to. How do you bypass that? What do you search for in google to find such link partners?
【分隔符】
I still believe that link exchanges are waste of time. I focus on better content and usability and one way links come naturally!
【分隔符】
There are some free 3 way link builders that help.
【分隔符】
yes,i believe natural is the king.
【分隔符】
I have tried using the "free 3 way link exchanges" and they are total crap in my opinion. I have tested 5 of them, and none of them even produced any links! What a joke! I think if you want to go the 3 way linking route, it would be better to go with a paid membership site that manages the 3 way linking for you.

I have had some success using http://www.kbot.us/3waylinks I have been using this service for over a year. It works great if you are skilled at picking the right keywords and accurately assessing your competition. The best tool I have ever come across for analyzing competition is at http://www.WebCompAnalyzer.com

@ishan001,

I totally agree with you. Link exchanges are a complete waste of time. If one has a quality website, full of useful content, then people will tell their friends, and the site will get links over time naturally.

Hope this helps,

Neil

They won't come naturally unless if you have at least some links so people can find you.

I'll stick to my basic link A to link B plan. Seems to work for me.

Link Building Software

We've just finished developing our software for developing links.

I'd be interested in feedback and find out if anyone is interested in buying a copy. Also, if anyone has an SEO or Link Development , site or forum, I'd be happy to give a free copy in return for a review or plug.

Basically the software allows you to find the most powerful links to your site, you enter a search term that you are working on ranking for, e.g. "Dog Accessories", then the software goes through Google, Yahoo or MSN (whichever country domain you want) and finds hundreds or thousands of emails and contact pages for pages that rank for those search terms.

So basically it creates targetted reports containing contact info for the most relevant sites for any given keyphrase. I've had a lot of success in SEO by doing this manually, basically searching for hours through Google and Yahoo to find the most important sites for my keywords, then acquiring links by spending ages finding email addresses or contact pages on each page. Our new software can do all that in minutes for as many different keywords as you want.

So if anyone wants to receive a free copy to review or wants to buy a copy, PM me. If you've got a smaller site or forum I'd consider giving you a 50% discount on a copy too!

Also, if anyone wants to give feedback on the site, that would be helpful. Anything that puts you off buying? We basically decided not to do one of those super hard sell sites, just to simply list the features and not shove it down people's throats.

PM me for the site URL.
【分隔符】
Linknabber.com for all those who PMed.
【分隔符】
Thanks for all the feedback so far for those who pmed, anyone have more comments? Or does anyone else want to buy a copy at a discount?
【分隔符】
Very useful software, I can see this saving me a lot of time, I don't think there's any way you could do what it does manually.

One question, when I save a load of email addresses and contact pages that it has found, where does the file go? I can't find it.

You should consider selling it using affiliates.
【分隔符】
To find the file you just saved, head to the installation directory. It automatically saves to there.

Thanks for all the PMs, still offering a 50% discount to anyone who is willing to give feedback.

The feedback so far has been great.
【分隔符】
I am interested in getting a free copy because it seems those who have reviewed only has 3-4 posts.

If you are interested for a honest review, you can give me a message.
【分隔符】
I can offer you a copy at a 50% discount in return for some feedback, we won't be doing this again, the software has only been for sale for 7 days.

If you have a popular SEO or site, then I can offer you a free copy.

It's seriously powerful software, if you're looking to rank for a given keyword, generating reports with thousands of emails and contact pages for sites that rank for your keyword is extremely powerful and can supercharge your SEO, income and profit.

I've got permission to give 6 more copies at 50% discount in return for feedback, post here or PM me.
【分隔符】
Check out screenshots and a short video here: linknabber.com/screenshots.html
【分隔符】
Interesting... how much can we test this for? We just launched a new site and am in the process of link building

Thanks

【分隔符】
I can give you a 50% discount, just send me a PM.
【分隔符】
shouldn't this be in the BTS forum?
【分隔符】
very use software.give me. thk
【分隔符】
my in my sig about webmaster
【分隔符】
Kafeier : You can either purchase the software from Linknabber.com and PM me with your payment details to get a 50% refund, or you can PM me beforehand.

rufus618: We're looking for well trafficked s, you're welcome to have the 50% discount which is a pretty awesome deal for this kind of software and won't be happening again.

I have two more copies at 50% discount.
【分隔符】
Looks like a very good software.
【分隔符】
Looks good.
【分隔符】

I find your software useful. I see it can take me little time to do

Got articles - need distribution!

I have some articles (+500 words) ready for distribution.

I'm looking for an experienced publisher/distributor that might have a safe "shortcut" that might get the articles approved faster than today.

Normally my submitted articles takes up to a week before they get approved.

At the moment I'm using Isnare.com for article distribution and this is working VERY good! I'm very happy with the distribution and every part of the service - BUT they use a very long time before I publish the articles before they get approved.

I've also used Articledashboard.com, and ezinearticles.com with good results but this services does also have the same issues - it takes TOO long time to get the articles approved :-)

Any "Premium" members with some solid references available?

Please send me a short message with your preferences, a link to your publisher profile and also a price pr distribution in USD.

I would like offers that includes distribution of 5 articles at the time!
【分隔符】
Try articlepool.com they aren't as good as Isnare.com, 35% of times their server is down and their distribution list isn't the biggest one but they'll get the job done.

Hi there!

Does the 35 % downtime mean that the complete content network / article network is down too - or just the article submission system?

I just bought a 12 month gold membership now and will do some testing! :-)
【分隔符】
3 out of 10 times you try to access the page it will be down. For the price the service is good, but don't expect the quality of isnare.

You can get them approved instantly here: Article Submission

You can try these guys out..I use them all the time... SEO Service

Forum dofollow?

How do you know if a forum is a dofollow or not?
【分隔符】
This forum is dofollow, but there are also nofollow forums. It depends on how the forum owner sets it up. To check if a link is nofollow, you can view the page source and find the html link in the code. Or you can install the seo for firefox addon and it has the ability to hilight all nofollow links on a page.
【分隔符】
Hey, you should search for PHP BB powered forums in your niche! They are always dofollow.

I always use this search query to find these forums:

http://www.google.com/search?q="powe...ntitle:keyword

Make sure you change "keyword"!!!
【分隔符】
Look at the code forum, you can know whether it is a dofollow
【分隔符】
The signature and content of the forum gives dofollow link means it is a dofollow. Just install searchstatus plugin into your firefox and check "highlight nofollow". All nofollow links will be highlighted. Forums that gives nofollow to signature and contents will have their link highlighted.
【分隔符】
Firefox have a good plugin to view if link are follow or nofollow.

Name is: NoDoFollow
【分隔符】
the Firefox plugin is a god send. It is so easy to know when a site is dofollow or nofollow.
【分隔符】
Do-Follow, just use firebug.

Check out Inferno Dev Forums, programming/tech related site, that is Do-Follow.
【分隔符】
View the Page Source and look at the codes. You can also use the NoDoFollow - Firefox Extension.

yup just check some link in the source?
【分隔符】
there must be a addon for the browser to check whether it is do follow or nofollow, anybody got something share?
【分隔符】
Check the source code. Here is a dofollow: http://www.freeadsa2z.com

One in my sig too.
【分隔符】
The forum can be dofollow and also nodofollow one. Whether a link is nofollow or not? Check it on the page source and then look at the code to find HTML link.

Another cool way is installing the search engine plugin for FFox. Check nofollow links which are highlighted
